Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to FarmBoom wallet services, agro-commodity trading, P2P escrow, logistics, agent supply, reporting, and related digital services.
Account eligibility
Users must provide accurate identity, contact, country, and KYC information. FarmBoom may restrict, suspend, or close access where identity, fraud, sanctions, or compliance concerns arise.
Agro-commodity activity
FarmBoom facilitates access to agro-commodity opportunities including palm oil and other stored or tradeable agricultural assets. Prices, storage availability, supply quality, buyer demand, liquidity, and export conditions may change.
No guaranteed returns
Projected profit, market forecasts, and historical activity are informational only. FarmBoom does not guarantee profit, exit timing, resale price, liquidity, or uninterrupted access to buyers.
Wallet and settlement
Wallet balances are used for approved platform activities including deposits, purchases, fees, escrow holds, withdrawals, and settlement adjustments. Wallet use is subject to verification, fraud controls, and payment-provider rules.
P2P escrow
P2P trades use escrow workflows where applicable. Buyers and sellers must provide accurate order, inventory, shipping, and fulfilment information. Disputes may be reviewed using platform records, logistics evidence, and communications.
Agent and external supply
Agent listings require eligibility, active subscription or approval where applicable, video/documentation evidence, and admin verification before public availability.
Livestock and farm reporting
Virtual breeding or farm assets, where offered, may include health, birth, death, feed, weight, and sales reports. Biological and operational risks remain possible.
User responsibilities
Users must not submit false documents, manipulate prices, evade fees, abuse escrow, misrepresent inventory, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Changes
FarmBoom may update these terms, fees, supported commodities, compliance requirements, or platform features. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms.
